Retry Messages block feedback won't stay deleted

hi hope can help.

 

using captivate 9 on knowledge checks quiz slides multi-choice, single answer or sequence retry message not stay deleted.

 

the quiz property settings are:

  • no. of attempts: 3
  • retry message grayed out - in check box , cannot modified
  • failure messages: 3
  • last attempt: continue

 

i set kc slides 3 feedback boxes , fine whenever save file or publish retry shapes reappear on kc slides , feedback boxes no longer appear anymore in published html files.

 

if delete retry shapes feedback shapes work again until next time save or publish when retry boxes come again, arggghhh!!!

 

any gratefully accepted, or maybe bug?

can check exact version number? latest version 9.0.1.320.

default design of knowledge slides indeed have infinite attempts , being able proceed after question has been answered correctly. see if can reproduce problem, first want know if using same version.

 

i tried reproduce setup: 3 attempts on question level, 3 feedback messages , retry message unchecked. saved, reopened , working expected. there no retry message anywhere.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
