Premiere Pro locks when I move something of timeline

hi, have mac pro late 2013 el capitan os x, 3.7 ghz quad-core intel xeon e5, 32 gb 1866 mhz ddr3, 2x amd firepro d300 2048 mb , 256 gb ssd, seagate 4 tb usb 3.0 storage media clips. i'm producer tv show, , when work premiere pro on program have locks working on it, when need modify in timeline premiere pro locks round 5-10 seconds, each modification, have premiere pro lock every 30 seconds, , delays work.

 

i purchase mac last november, still new , has hardware, have media clips on extern drive seagate 4tb, usb 3.0 speed transfer until 5 gbps, dont think these problem. media work on 1080p , project 1080i, may of set up. hope can me.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
