Combining Documents is causing issues with Formatting

hi experts,

 

i trying combine multiple documents (some .docx , .xlsx) , once job done, converter changes formatting, total number of pages increases 28-30 100+.

 

overall formatting changes, , pages print on multiple pages causing total different document. on know issues, saw having adobe reader , adobe acrobat pro bot installed can have issue, has been mitigated.

 

please help.
