Printing - paper size isn't compatible with the installed media

hi,

i purchased high volume printer on-sit printing @ events, dnp ds620a. dye sub printer have loaded media 5x7 prints.

 

i'm using osx 10.11.5. drivers , icc profile installed.

 

i can print preview in osx, , photoshop cc 2015. however, when attempt print print module in lightroom cc, error "the selected paper size isn't compatible installed media".

 

i've set paper size in page setup , print settings within lr, , have tried creating custom size. i've tried both horizontal , vertical orientation.

 

i don't know of other print size adjustments change in lr; lr sending isn't bieng accepted printer. fact can print photoshop indicates issue set incorrectly in lr.

 

do have ideas/suggestions?

lightroom not reading printer or detecting properly. need update driver software on machine manufacture website.

 

also, try , print simple image 3x7 , check if helps.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
