FREE contact form builder

i having problems contact form supplied within muse itself, , want editable contact form can add fields (as jotform) free download. i'm reasonable comfortable editing colours etc in html, ideally site/form customisable, , copy , paste iframe/source code directly muse.

 

before says jotform does, find slow load.

 

any other options out there can test?
