Lightroom won't start

hi

 

i having issues launching lightroom on windows 10 machine

 

i have tried sign out sign in fix multiple times didnt work

i have tried rename slcache , slstore folders didnt work

i have uninstalled , re-installed didnt work (on side note, when tried uninstall, cc said lightroom running there wer no tasks in task manager - had restart machine before uninstall. tells me lightroom starts never comes up)

 

i running cc 3.6.0.248

i have updated lightroom latest version still doesnt work

 

this not affect photoshop or acrobat, affects lightroom , indesign

 

could please advise need lightroom working again?

refer link crash in lightroom cc 2015/6 in windows exception code 0xc0000409 in faulting module msvcr120.dll, after li…  , ensure have microsoft visual c++ redistributable 2012. updated.

if not help, refer solution post , manually disable use of graphics card lightroom.
