Fillable forms

hi!

i using trial version of pro dc see if suit application.  but, far, haven't figured out.

 

i creating proposal form want save document can saved office file sharing system (sharepoint) estimators can open up, fill customers information, "save as" have filled-in copy in sharepoint , send customer.  not want estimator able change on form except fields fillable.  , once it's sent customer, want them able sign only... not edit else on form.  if can't digitally sign, ok, nice perk.

 

is possible pro dc , if so, how? 

 

if not... program need?
