Creative Cloud install on a Case-sensitive volume?

hi ive found , tried download onto external hard drive, yet said download cant done on sensitive drive. why , how can solve this?

pandx10 sorry adobe creative applications, included creative cloud membership, not support installation on case-sensitive volume.  can find more details @ adobe error "case-sensitive drives not supported" or similar install error | mac os .   welcome update discussion if have additional questions.
