Creative cloud disapeared after windows reset

after creative cloud uninstaller had confirmed uninstall errors... creative cloud setup.exe run end, , produced empty  small white screen title creative cloud --- apps panel?--- no applications nor error messages listed.

i can not find log in adobe folder

nvidia 8.1.8.10.0

i tried again , got expired trail version .

enough troubleshooting now
