MULTI PAGE FORM DOES NOT POPULATE

i trying fill in fillable form 8805 irs.

there 4 pages form.  pages identical fillable information.

only difference page 1 irs, page 2 employer, page 3, employee, page 4 employee (not quite picture.

previous years when filled form in, filled in first page , information populated 2,3,4 pages.

now pages 2,3,4 blank fields.

i have imac - latest version of os.

i have adobe reader dc.

also have adobe reader - crashes , shuts down try enter info fillable pdf.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
