Cannot delete blank pages on a form

i created first expandable form in lifecycle designer seems work fine cannot rid of several blank pages @ bottom of form.

hi,

 

i start looking @ pagination tab of form objects , see if there settings "after: go next page".  default "after: continue filling parent"

 

if doesn't can share form can have look, upload form google docs, dropbox or similar , post link in thread.
