Adobe Creative Cloud Not Recognising Installed Applications after download problems

can't find satisfactory answer in forums!

 

i prompted update acc app other day , ended annoying error 1002!

 

i searched forum , followed staff member's advice on how delete app, use cleaner (some vital info missing there!) , how download app again.

 

that seemed go enough - well, not really!

 

none of existing downloaded apps recognised app. ps, ai, id, bridge, muse etc.

 

how horrific! have download apps again , takes lot of time download speeds , need work! clients waiting!!

 

how can fixed without re-downloading apps , without upsetting apple cart further??

 

i on modern pc windows 7
