Printing in Lightroom

hi,

 

i find printing in lightroom nuisances because have no control on scale factor. shows @ppi print, compared e.g. photoshop 2015 cc, 'print tool' roy harrington photography or mirage rip, really  lacks professionalism, , don't see reason why? printing in lightroom or photoshop should @ least same....am missing something?
