Photoshop won't add media flies (MP4) from my Gopro

hi,

 

i'm (very) beginner @ photoshop, gopro, , editing please patient.

 

i've been following steps in video tutorial editing videos in photoshop @ step 2, adding media files, i've got problem. keep getting error message saying "the file not opened".  i've had through forums , can find threads on problem relating premier elements, , solutions incredibly complicated. maybe mp4 files.

 

i'm operating windows 10 x64 bit on surface pro.

i purchased photoshop cc 2015 , downloaded 2 months ago.

the files want edit .mp4 gropro hero4 black.

 

i have no idea serial numbers of doov-a-lackies or how computers work on inside.

 

hopefully can give me link simple software update or something.

i believe gopros use .mov format , require quicktime codec installed.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
