How to get option of "create a shared audience" to create a shared audience ?

i need create shared audience importing audience created in adobe audience manager. need  option "create shared audience" @ :

profiles & targets > lists > create new

 

for have followed adobe documentation found at: configuration

 

1) have imported standard packages :

adobe marketing cloud shared audiences integration , integration adobe marketing cloud

 

2) have set external account adobe marketing cloud.

 

3) create amc data source also.

 

4) , cleared local cache

 

still not getting option create shared audience. please help!

we need ims (adobe identity management system) to connect adobe client console using our marketing cloud adobe id. should have updated version.

you need check option "connect adobe id" , click on ok.

 

this redirect sign in of marketing cloud in console:

enter adobe id , password. adobe campaign home screen appear.

 

 

after successful login able "create shared audience" option in lists (under profiles & targets)

 

 

 

please ask adobe support upgrading version , providing access login using adobe id.
