When Can I use export PDFs after paying

i paid export pdfs on ipad. when try use it, still shows payment page.

when can start use?

please check in adobe account. please sign in - adobe id here adobe id.

choose plans & products > view > products > view products , check if listed on products.

you can try converting pdf online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

if able convert pdf online, try sign out application , sign in again. try convert pdf.
