Adding mutiple filters to smart objects with different selections

here workflow , question:

 

1.  convert acr smart object/layer.

2.  make selection of image (for example, clouds) , apply filter - topaz clarity - within same smart layer.

 

i make selection (for example, foreground) , apply topaz clarity within same smart layer i'm having issues.  suggestions?  thanks!

there 1 smart filters mask smart filters on smart object layer.  need duplicate smart object layer duplicate layer not menu  layer>smart object layer>new smart object layer via copy.  way 2 smart object layer share single object. can have 2 smart filter mask , 2 layer mask. add filters 1 or other. can edit smart filter mask as  layer mask on each of smart object layers. duplicate there can 4 mask.  can add adjustment layers each layer , these can have adjustment layer layer mask.  if open object of either layer in acr can adjust conversion of both layers.   on other hand if duplicated layer using menu layer>smart object layer>new smart object layer via copy objects independent.  can have different acr conversions each smart object layer.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
