Upgrade licence to extended

hi - selected couple of images , clicked trolley icon assuming go checkout process. unfortunately, automatically assigned standard licence - require extended licence can't work out if there upgrade option - advise?

there isn't upgrade option, intended purchase extended licenses credit standard licenses account & can go ahead , purchase extended licenses instead.
