Unable to login to Lightroom Mobile

i have full adobe cc subscription yet reason lightroom mobile tells me trial has expired , won't allow me log in.  have logged out , in of both lightroom , cc.  called phone support line , told had go forums don't support mobile apps find strange lightroom not mobile app.  please soon.  i'm photographic educator , need teach class on lightroom mobile summer difficult if can't log in.
