Can't install CC

i'm using windows 10 i'm having trouble installing adobe creative cloud. it's not launching

without specific info can try general fix:

 

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
