Animated GIF not showing crossfades

i've made little animation.

i followed various tutorials make photos crossfade, , first photo scale (grow in size)

 

but when export, crossfades missing.

 

here's have...

 

the first photo had converted smartobject "transform" - oddly ps stills gives option "convert smartobject".

i've tried options in right-click-on-layer menu , result in worse outputs.

 

whats wrong here?
