Cancelling my subscription despite payment
this fifth time adobe creative suite giving me message creative cloud subscription being cancelled. each time, put in credit card information , call credit card company , assure there no hold. contact adobe tells me paid in full. issue goes away 2 months , comes again. multiple chats adobe promise escallation , email reply, don't it. there no email or phone support billing issues. there way contact in adobe find out why keep doing this?

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache. if fails connect try using different browser.
