Elayne Bielby [How do I reinstall Photoshop?]

i purchased adobe photoshop while wintering in florida, january-march 2016, , installed on dell pc. returned home april, 2016. pc contracted virus caused crash. purchased new computer , reinstall photoshop purchased. how do this? have serial numbers, , order number. do? thank you!!
