Cancel today's order

i added license team account today , automatically extended subscription 1 year - didn't agree - haven't assigned license - i've been trying cancel today's order few hours , keep getting 'mysteriously' disconnected call center (800-585-0774) - 5th agent i've spoken today has left me on hold 40 minutes now...

 

i've been customer 13 years...
