PhotoShop Elemets 11 problem - distorting pics, help pls?

i have photoshop elements 11. beginning yesterday, may 8, 2016, though set size of pic (5x7, etc) print, print comes out long, (not within size of 5x7) , pic distorted. how fix, pls. thank you. can reached @ email addy: [personal data removed forum moderator]

check printer's properties. if print in pse in portrait orientation, make sure printer set portrait well.
