Insert into multitrack not working after Win 10 upgrade

the title pretty sums up. when select portion of track , right click insert multitrack, multitrack window opens, nothing inserted. updated win 10 overnight, , happening. bug? upgrade aa needed?

hi,   when trying uninstall adobe acrobat x pro win 7 , got error message , " error 2753: file 'formdesigner.exe.70dbed24_b579_40cb_ab0b_f1221a3e9ec5' not marked installation.   when went program files (x86) on adobe acrobat folder, there no executable file uninstall program well.   your appreciated.   thank you   karen More discussions in Standards & Accessibility (tagged PDF) adobe
