PS CC MAC File stopped saving at 38%

ps cc mac file stopped saving @ 38%

 

five hours ago clicked save file usual , hasn't moved form 38 % - 5 hours later.  don't have other program running.

 

how can preserve work if need shut down ?

 

it not going c]save file.

did set photoshop automatically save recovery information every …?
