Help With building Web Apps

i trying build web app allows 4 drop down lists create filter find different companies on page.  not know how code, typically use adobe muse.  there way can create how list view , detail view work , displayed without knowing code? or have experience steep learning curve make happen?

 

also, confused workflow of this.  when create webapp, , add it's custom fields, add items searched? referencing article: building real estate website me started, did not far.  new , appreciate , much....i love field of work , want learn.  in advance help.

i yes, have know coding in order make happen. create , edit web app - it's not hard! i've built pretty intricate web apps using bc , enjoy much. in order of help, might need know little bit more of trying accomplish.
