i have windows 10 os, play games chrome, when go full screen, picture flutters, started doing recently, thank you

if haven't rebooted computer since problem started happening, that's great place start.

 

if problem persists, i'd check see if there available driver updates graphics hardware.

 

if doesn't help, see section in video troubleshooting guide disabling hardware acceleration:

if you're still stuck, please follow directions in guide on providing dxdiag report , include additional information tested , saw.  interesting know if it's chrome-specific problem, or if happens in other browsers, etc...

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
