ExtendScript "new Window" not working in CC 2015?

i have create 400+ after effect lower thirds. luckily in cs6 created script me, in cc 2015 script doesn't run. , support chat can't support, saying extendscript has changed , there no docs available....

 

perhaps here can find knows has changed. line:

var mywin = new window("palette", "output settings", undefined);

 

it results in "unable create window"

 

this whilest online "how to's" tell me use creation this.

 

the whole code on ̣900 lines of code. instead of putting here, perhaps knows should there now, not needed in cs6?

try using in cc 2014 , see if behaves.
