Can't sign out of Creative Cloud to sign in with new account.

when launch adobe creative cloud, i'm greeted window:

 

 

problem is, no longer have access email it's sending to. have no way sign out can sign in new account.

what can do?

just fixed hehe.

went "c:\users\****\appdata\local\adobe\oobe" , deleted opm.db
