logo drop and shake

i trying create effect logo dropped on surface, ground cracks, dust rises, , camera shakes.  (i think there ford commercial while back, dropped truck effect...)

i not asking how on board, if know tutorial may found show me how this.  have tried aetuts, lynda.com, , couple other instructional boards, cannot find close...

 

any ideas?
