Dreamweaver CC 2015.2 File Not Found - ResponsiveLayoutManipulator.html

when previewing working bootstrap page in live view small scrollable window appears @ upper left indicating dw system file, responsivelayoutmanipulator.html, not found.

 

i on mac osx 10.10.5.

 

how can overcome error?
