Adobe Reader 11.0.15 sporadic crash when opening a PDF file

hello community,

 

            i'm new writing request though discussion groups, need help.

we have farm on 300 servers. since last security patch adobe reader 11.0.14 -- > 11.0.15, users experiencing sporadic crash when starting random pdf file.

 

once crash adobe reader, start pdf crashing. user needs log out , log windows 2008 server session able use adobe reader same pdf files.

 

so issue seeing, upon starting, adobe reader's right tools pane little circle starts turning before displaying option, , @ 80-90 % of loading done adobe crashed message : adobe reader stop working. ( close program) (here in french)

please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates "

follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat.

then open acrobat, navigate menu & repair installation.

would know whether happening documents or one.

 

please check different user account admin rights replicate issue .

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
