preview and exported video have flashing green screen't eve

hello,

 

i have been using premiere on year organizations youtube channel. of late, time export media results in a  green flashing screen mixed video or totally green. have tried exporting in many different formats different encoding , frame rates. @ point, don't try editing , video wont export. times preview gets green screen before export.

 

i have tried clearing cache, choosing different folders export to, different places store cache, , kinds of formatting options.

 

any ideas on happening?

-with brand/model graphics adapter (ati or nvidia or ???) , exact driver version

-do not count on windows date when comes device drivers

-go vendor site sure have updated driver graphic adapter

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac 10.11 el capitan have been known cause problems... operating system?

-with codec details of editing?

-with effects using video?

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
