Photoshop CC 2015 - INSTALLER FAILED TO INITIALIZE

hey folks,

 

i need here. i've been using photoshop cs7  while, , decided upgrade photoshop cc 2015. uninstalled the  ps cs7 , downloaded ps cc 2015. clicked on set file, , got pop box saying "we've encountered following errors. installer failed initialize.please download adobe support advisor detect problem"

i went online find out adobe support advisor has been discontinued.

i've searched forum , other sites  possible solutions it. i've tried recommended.

like renaming oobe folder oobe.old. i've used cc cleaner clean system. i've installed adobe application manager twice, proved abortive.

 

your advise , possible solution highly appreciated,

uninstall whatever have , use cleaner tool afterwards.  download , install cc.
