Adobe Presenter - Fatal Error
i encountering "fatal error" when trying download adobe presenter onto macbook air (2015, 4 gb 1600 mhz ddr3, 1.6 ghz intel core i5). specifically, error reads "the akamai download manager has encountered fatal error: access denied". there option download files directly nothing happens when click on links. i've updated adobe reader , spoke apple customer care. because of specific error, directed adobe. suggestions?
