Server Setting Font Management CF11 update 7

coldfusion admin has follow on font management screen:

 

 

any attempt add font or directory font ends in black screen , error in log.  blank screen being cf admin navagation http 500 message.

 

i have attempted both ttf file , directory c:\windows\fonts\

 

error message in log

 

com.lowagie.text.fontfactory.getfontproperties()ljava/util/map; specific sequence of files included or processed is: c:\coldfusion11\cfusion\wwwroot\cfide\administrator\settings\fonts.cfm, line: 82

 

any suggestions?

cant seem reproduce end.

 

i notice else caused problem changing jvm config - bug#4136479 - font management throws error

 

does apply you?

 

do follow lockdown guide, or variant of it?
