my mouse doesn't work with adobe premiere since yerterday

please, need help. until yesterday fine adobe premiere pro cs6 , laptop.

 

my notebook toshiba satellite p55-a

intel(r) core(tm) i7-4700mq cpu @ 2.40ghz

8 gb ram

windows 8.1 64 bits x64

nvidia geforce gt 740m (version 368.22)

 

but working in project , click of mouse started give me problems. first, working slow. then, clicks worked when tried second or third time. tried new batteries (two times), 2 new mouses (traditional , wireless). nothing change. same every time.

 

i started use trackpad , had similar problems. can not drag clips or cut them. cursor fine, clicks problem.

 

help me please
