Compatibility dreamweaver cs4 and windows 10

i've searched question can't find answer regard original factory install of windows10 ... answers pertain operating system upgrade.

 

i need new computer , i'm considering dell xps 8900 windows10 ... have cs4 ... compatible?

officially, there no endorsement; gut feeling says should ok because windows 10 has comparability setting.
