when i try to copy any text from pdf (russian lang.) i get this: Ë.Â.Êðàñíîâ. but it must looks like this: Л.В.Краснов. in other pdf files all work normal

when try copy text pdf (russian lang.) this: ë.Â.Êðàñíîâ (it not russian). must looks this: Л.В.Краснов. in other pdf files work normal. url pdf not copy in russian:  http://nuclpc1.phys.spbu.ru/nucl/pass.pdf

that means file uses invalid font encoding. there's not can done it, short of exporting images, creating new pdf , running ocr (text recognition) on it.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
