Lightroom CC won't delete videos

when try delete video in lr message box popping says -- file named xxx.mov cannot moved recycle bin.

 

i imagine remove lr , delete through windows run risk of deleting wrong file. entire process needs happen through lr maintain integrity , avoid errors. lr refuses it. in cases files short not large recycle bin. if were, should option allowing me permanently delete it. don't that.

 

any on how address appreciated.

 

i running lr cc (creative cloud) on windows 8.1.

hi dale, try right-clicking on thumbnail in lr library , choosing "show in explorer"
