Problem with migrated account from One Dollar Photo

i did migration, can't see credit (over 130 photos) , when try buy image adobe ask me start plan (it seem adobe unable know profile) ... when go panel can see account correctly active adobe stock until 03/2017...

how can use acount (note:  have paid 2 month @ adobe).

 

is in condition? way solve quickly? i'm wainting form 1 hour a  reply in adobe chat
