Anchors create hashtag in URL

hi,

 

i have created website client using latest version of muse. company having seo work done have ran problems sites urls.

 

see image attached. website single page, , when menu option clicked, page scrolls linked anchor. when doing hashtag created in url.

 

my question process of removing hashtag?

to obfuscate url have use scripts scroll anchors and/or rewrite rules on server or using manually edited .htaccess files. if search on forum or on web, find plenty of info. has been explained several times.
