Stack/Arrange panels/palettes at top/bottom of the screen?

hi, wondering if i'm missing obvious , if there's way stack panels @ top and/or bottom of screen? right now, seems possible arrange them @ right , left side of screen.

i'm using monitors in portrait/vertical mode, , make life easier.

i know 1 can use floating palettes it's tedious re-arrange them when workspace settings go berserk (yes, does, , might add!)

thanx input

you can dock panels @ left, right , bottom of photoshop.

photoshop ccss_008.png

grab panel tab , move mouse cursor on bottom, watching blue line. when see it, release mouse.

photoshop ccss_009.png

the cursor—not panel—needs touch bottom of screen before blue line appears.
