PDFが縮小される

acrobatdcproを使用していますが、作成されたpdfがなぜか左上に縮小されてpdf化されています。毎回そうです。ユーザー定義の用紙はいいのですが、a4を打つと縮小されます。 どのようにしたら等倍でセンタリングされますか？
