After Effects CC 2015 | Can't install | Error: DF024

hi,

i tried install latest update of adobe after effects cc 2015.

to no avail. uninstalled adobe after effects cc 2015, booted again , tried totally new installation scratch.

 

again couldn't complete installation:

i looked error df024 , found this:

issue

when install creative cloud application on mac os, receive following error:

"df024: unable preserve original file @ "/library/colorsync/profiles/recommended."

 

solution

make sure there isn't folder (instead of symbolic link) in location listed below.

 

…etc.pp.

i don't think text helpful in case.

 

my error message pointing folder inside of adobe after effects cc 2015.app.

should "remove" or "rename" folder , try again? or should uninstall again?

but then? tried uninstall , reinstall…

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
