Premiere Pro CC 2015.2 W10 Crash

hi,

 

we started working brand new hp zbook 15 laptops fresh , up-to-date windows 10 installation. onedrive installed on laptops , connected office365 e3 useraccounts.

 

with of redirected folders make sure user profiles redirected within user 1 drive folder. example desktop of user "username" located on following location.

 

c:\users\"username"\onedrive - company name\desktop

 

all programs, including adobe, working fine, except premiere pro cc 2015.2. during start application crashing refering "c:\program files\adobe\adobe premiere pro cc 2015\dvaui.dll". when start application local user without redirected folders premiere starts normally.

 

from point of view seems nessesary folder missing. when check common folders appdata , documents folders excists , created fine. example below mentioned folders

c:\users\"username"\onedrive - company name\documenten\adobe\premiere pro\9.0\profile-"username"

c:\users\"username"\appdata\roaming\adobe\premiere pro.

 

can tell me i'm missing?

 

i'm lost on topic.

problem solved. there profile path difference between visible path in windows explorer , settings in registry. strange thing adobe premiere effected this. works now.
