How to set the publisher id for windows 10 app in phonegap build?

when building app on build.phonegapp.com using phonegap cli-6.1.0 version , windows 10 signing certificate added signing keys section in account settings receive build failure displaying certificate details in logs. believe because publisher id , certificate subject not match. there way can set publisher id on phonegap build or config.xml can on visual studio cordova app build.json file.

this shouldn't cause compile error -- what's app id?
