Unable to update Ae 2015.0 to 2015.2

running 2015.0 , creative cloud shows no update available ae 2015.2. uninstalled/reinstalled ae did not fix.

please see below points :

•  

  verify have internet connection.  if have firewall software, temporarily disable or allow adobe application manager access internet.

   

  if computer behind authenticating proxy server, , user name or password have multi-byte characters (japanese, chinese, , on) updater unable connect network. connect without proxy or connect credentials in ascii characters.

•  

  verify update has not been applied:  launch creative suite product , choose > [product name].
